In celebrating a year filled with love and creativity, South African presenter and rapper Nomuzi “Moozlie” Mabena took to social media to honour her boyfriend, photographer Siyabonga Nhleko, affectionately known as “Jr Ecko”.
The couple marked their anniversary with touching notes that showcased their deep bond.
On her Instagram timeline, Moozlie shared a heartfelt tribute, reflecting on their time together. “365 days with you. You are so creative and so cool! And always so calm and so kind. Truly something special — and I love you so much. Happy anniversary, my sweetie,” she expressed.

Their relationship blossomed after Moozlie ended a long-term engagement with her former partner, Sbuda Roc, who was also her manager.
After eight years together, she shared her journey of healing and self-discovery before stepping back into the dating arena. On the podcast “Choppin It With Bhuda T”, Moozlie candidly remarked, “I’m actually single. I’m single, but I’m seeing someone and he’s nice - I like him.”
The couple soft launched their relationship when Jr Ecko joined Moozlie on a holiday trip to Mauritius with her friends and their partners in January 2024.
Their chemistry was clear to see and sparked excitement among their followers. Since then, Moozlie hasn’t shied away from showcasing their romance; she even made a grand gesture for Jr Ecko’s birthday by ordering a special cake dedicated to him.
