Singer-songwriter Lloyiso is gearing up to sweep London off its feet with his highly anticipated first-ever headline show, "I Am Lloyiso". The city’s music scene is about to be elevated by Lloyiso’s powerful vocals.

On April 15, the Eastern Cape-born songbird will be performing at the iconic Camden Assembly, a legendary venue that has played host to some of the biggest names in music such as Coldplay and Adele.

For the “High” hitmaker, this moment is years in the making, as London has always felt like “home away from home” to him.

“Performing here for the first time on my own is a dream come true. I’m honored to share this experience with my UK fans and bring my energy and sound to a place that’s full of so much music history, vibrant energy, and inspiration,” he said.

The Camden Assembly, formerly known as The Barfly, has a rich history of launching the careers of legendary acts like Twenty One Pilots, Oasis and The Strokes.

Now, Lloyiso Gijana, fondly known as Lloyiso, joins this prestigious list, solidifying his status as a rising global star.

His soul-stirring vocals and heartfelt songwriting have already made waves internationally, garnering him a following in the UK.

This headline show marks a significant milestone in his growing career and offers a great opportunity for his international fans to experience the magic he creates in the studio, live and in person.

The soulful singer took to his social media to let his London fans know that he will be serenading them with his emotive vocals and their excitement is palpable.

TikTok user @vimbaikvc commented: “Can’t wait to see you on Tuesday 🤗” and @snorlax was in the comment section looking for friends to tag along with her to Gijana’s show, “I really want to go but zero friends! Anyone want to go with me x,” she asked.

The global star in the making has also received a co-sign from one of the UK’s biggest musical groups, Clean Bandit. This comes after he performed a rendition of the band’s hit single “Symphony”.

In March, he released “High” a single that was followed by striking visuals, shot in the UK after his performance with Clean Bandit and his appearance at the BRIT Awards.

Lloyiso’s musical journey began to take shape back in 2015 when he auditioned for season 11 of "Idols SA". Although he did not win the competition, his soulful voice and heartfelt songwriting caught the attention of fans and industry insiders.

Since then, his career has soared. He has established himself as one of South Africa's most promising young talents with a string of successful releases and collaborations, making him one of Mzansi’s most exciting young talents.
