Here's a list of events that are happening in Cape Town from 12 January until 21 January 2018.

The Parlotones at Kirstenbosch

On Sundays from the end of November until the beginning of April, musical concerts are held on the lawns at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden.

Bring the whole family, a picnic and a bottle of wine and enjoy some of South Africa's best live music while the sun slips behind the mountain.

Cinderella on Ice

One of the most artistically challenging ice shows ever created, Cinderella on Ice is a dramatic new interpretation of the classic tale, conceived and choreographed by award-winning ice director Tony Mercer, together with three of the world`s most respected ice coaches – Evgeny Platov, dual Olympic gold medallist, and four-time World Champion, and the 2006 & 2007 ice dancing World Champions Albena Denkova and Maxim Staviski.

Angels in America Part 1

Screened as part of the Fugard Bioscope National Theatre Encore Season.

America in the mid-1980s. In the midst of the AIDS crisis and a conservative Reagan administration, New Yorkers grapple with life and death, love and sex, heaven and hell.

Andrew Garfield (Silence, Hacksaw Ridge) plays Prior Walter along with a cast including Denise Gough (People, Places and Things), Nathan Lane (The Producers), James McArdle (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and Russell Tovey (The Pass).

This new staging of Tony Kushner’s multi-award winning two-part play is directed by Olivier and Tony award winning director Marianne Elliott (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time and War Horse).
