Polo season kicks off with the Cintron Pink Polo happening at the Val De Vie Estate in Paarl on Saturday.
The annual event seeks to bring awareness on breast cancer and for the first time, the Children Cancer Foundation South Africa will benefit from Pink Food Truck Fair where R100 from every ticket sold will go to the organisation.
This year, former Miss World Rolene Strauss and Expresso Morning Show on SABC3 host Katlego Maboe will act as emcees for the event with local celebs such as Siv Ngesi, Jo-Ann Strauss, Chris Jafta, Maps Maponyane,Tumi Vorster, Katlego Molaolwa, Liezel van der Westhuizen and GQ Best Dressed winner Seth Shezi set to attend.
DJ Luma is set to entertain guests on the decks at 2pm with electro-pop group Goodluck taking the stage later in the day.
The main polo match between the Cintron polo team and the Vodacom team takes place at 4.45pm.
