The Christmas decorations have gone up and December is in full swing, with many people in the festive mood, but some are already thinking about 'Januworry' - Pep stores being among them.

Pep took to Facebook and shared that they are in the studio, working on their back-to-school campaigns for the new year. The three pictures showed a model dressed in school uniform behind a blue wall.

“Camera 🎥  lights, action 🎬with abantwana beskolo all on screen for back-to-school 🎞” the caption read.

The post got over 700 comments and had Facebook users weighing on it being too soon for the back-to-school advertising or whether Pep was good to remind consumers that January was just around the corner and school uniform purchases should be budgeted for.

Størm Kīīd commented: “Yoh, it's still early, we haven't even received our results yet at school, Pep jus's awakens up some stress again while a person tries to forget about school 😭😭”

Abigirl Njanje said: “Guys, why are you like this? 😭😭😭 They haven't even closed yet 😭”

Tsietsi V. Manone asked: “Are you trying to traumatize us?”

Lady-j Curvecious Moremi-Saleng said: “I love Pep store, reminding u not to spend all the bonuses before buying uniforms nd stationary.”

Katlego WaGa Lekota said: “Aowa guys... Please wait abit... How do you do back to school while others are still at school?”

Nokuthula Sibanda said: “Hawu kodwa bakithi we can't enjoy the holidays naw thinking of going back to school at least if you remind us after 16 December at least.”

Do you think it's too early for back to school advertising or the sooner the better?
