Shanghai, China - These are the first official pictures of the MG GTS Crossover, the production version of the CS Concept first seen at Auto Shanghai.
It's due for release in China in the second quarter of 2015 with a two-litre turbopetrol four rated at 162kW and 349Nm, driving via a six-speed dual-clutch transmission and on-demand all-wheel drive.
The maker has also promised a range of all-new, more efficient 1.0, 1.4 and 1.6 direct-injection petrol engines later in the year, coupled to a smaller, less-expensive dual-clutch drive.
Sadly, MG has no plans to release the GTS in South Africa.
