Flyhalf Manie Libbok will make his first start for the Bulls of the season ahead of veteran Morne Steyn for the clash with the struggling Highlanders at Loftus.
There's been widespread clamour for the 22-year-old to start following the Bulls' failure to sharpen their attacking play in their opening three Super Rugby games. The Bulls are now without a win in four matches after losing to the Jaguares last weekend.
Coach Pote Human also gave newbies Muller Uys (No 8) and Ian Groenewald (lock) ahead of Jeandre Rudolph, who played out of position at eighthman last weekend, and Andries Ferreira respectively.
Trevor Nyakane will continue as captain in Burger Odendaal's absence.
